Overview of Training Programs
"Creating harmony through cross-cultural understanding."
CultureSense International, Inc. provides a wide range
of intercultural programs of study and consulting services
for international corporations, small businesses, educational
institutions, and individuals.
Expatriate Cross-cultural Orientation Programs enable
the expatriate employees and their families to successfully
transition from one culture to another by enabling them to
develop an understanding of the concept of culture and intercultural
communication, the notions of national differences and values
orientations, differences in organizational cultures, the
psychological processes of cross-cultural transition, and
country-specific knowledge. With these tools, the expatriate
employees and their families will be able to fully enjoy their
experience, and function effectively in their new environment.
USA Culture Training Programs enable incoming businesspeople
and their families to acquire an understanding of the beliefs,
values and attitudes of Americans, the history, geography,
education and customs of the United States, thereby acquiring
the skills to successfully work and live in the United States.
Repatriation Consulting and Training Programs enable
the returning expatriate employees and their families to understand
the psychological , workplace, and social issues involved
in repatriation. Repatriation often causes more difficulty
than expatriation due to the fact that the readjustment processes
of returning home are generally unexpected, and if not addressed
properly immediately upon return, can result in failure to
perform at work as well as family difficulties.
